Project Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for making an order or purchase from Xdenx’s Website, located at https://xdenx.com/.

Order and process

  • By Signing up or booking an order, we assume that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  • We cannot officially work on your project unless you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • We only take bookings or orders from our official website(Xdenx.com). We do not have any subsidiaries or joint ventures.

Working hours and response timings

  • If you hire us, you need to contact us according to the IST(Indian Standard Time). We Xdenx follow IST.
  • We are only bound to respond according to the IST(Indian Standard Time). That is from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • In most cases, we use Email services to respond to our clients. That email address will be provided to you after making a purchase.
  • Our general response time may take up to one to two hours from the time of contacting us.

Login Credentials

  • By hiring us, you need to share your following login credentials with us for better and fast processing;
     – Domain Name Provider Login
     – Hosting Panel Login
     – CDN Login(If using)
     – Gmail Login(To install a CMS)
  • By providing us these credentials, you are permitting us to make changes that are related to your project.

Payment and advance

  • Because of security reasons, we do not accept payments from our official website. You need to pay us by using any of the valid debit or credit card.
  • For Indian Clients – You need to pay us using DBT(Direct Bank Transfer) If you don’t have any valid GSTIN.
  • We take 50% as an advance of the total budget of the project after finalizing the legal policies of the deal.

Refund

  • You need to contact us at [email protected] to initiate a refund.
  • We cannot provide any kind of refund after 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • A refund may take four to seven days to process(Excl. Saturday – Sunday). 

Project delivery and termination

  • The delivery time of the project(s) depends on you. If you want us to give you fast delivery, then you need to be very specific about the deal.
  • You have to pay us 50% amount of the deal as an advance if you want us to start as early as possible.
  • For WordPress design and development, we cannot share anything related to the WordPress dashboard(Such as admin panel login) until you pay us the final amount.
  • We only handover your project to you when you pay the total amount of the deal. You are not liable for making a delivery request without paying the Final amount.
  • We are not bound by any law to handover your project unless you pay the final amount.
  • As soon as you pay your final amount, our team will hand over your project on the same day.
  • After the delivery, we are not responsible for the changes in your login credentials such as email, name, password, etc.

Free maintenance

  • From the date of delivery, we are responsible for the maintenance of your website or project. 
  • This offer is valid for Web Development projects.
  • The free maintenance will be related to things that are developed and changed by us, such as Admin Panel, Cpanel, WordPress Settings, etc. We are not responsible for your hosting panel, domain provider, and cloud storage errors. For these errors, you may have to pay extra charges.
  • The free maintenance will be valid for the first year, which is countable from the date of delivery. After that, the customer needs to pay according to the errors or problems that they are facing.
  • In the free maintenance period, we are not bound to make any changes in the design or layout of the website.
  • During this period, we are not bound to create or publish anything for your website.
  • If you wish, we can guide or can give you support to perform some tasks on your newly created website.

Post-delivery/After delivery

  • We do not offer a dedicated support system; So, If you need any kind of help, then please inform us 12 hours in advance.
  • You can contact us for help through WhatsApp Chat or Email that is mentioned in your invoice.
  • You can contact us for support from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
